Now opening to pilot kennels

Know who is in, who is due, and what each dog needs.

Kennels360 runs the front desk of a boarding and daycare kennel: bookings, runs, check-in, medication and feeding, check-out, payments and the daily report. One screen for each job, in the order your day happens.

Runs in the browser. Set up with you. Your kennel's data stays yours.

Today at a glance: 12 runs, 10 pets in the kennel, 3 arrivals due, 4 check-outs today and today's sales

The run board: every run, which dog is in it, which runs are full and which are free today, with safety tags such as medication alert and escape risk

The software

Every job at the desk has its own screen

These are the real screens, shown with a made-up kennel.

Runs and bookings

See every run, and never double-book one

Boarding and daycare reservations with a deposit. A run that is full or out of service says so before the booking is saved, and holidays warn you.

Pets

Know each dog before the owner is at the desk

One profile with care notes and safety alerts for biting, escaping or special handling.

Check-in

Check in in a few clicks

Belongings noted, medication and diet confirmed, deposit applied.

Daily care

Medication and feeding that is never missed

The care sheet lists every dog in the kennel with its feeding, dose and time slot, plus its safety alerts. Staff mark each dose as given, and a dose can be recorded only once.

Check-out

A bill that adds up, the first time

Nights or daycare days, services and tax from your rates. A stay is checked out only once it is paid, and the invoice prints from the same screen.

And more

The rest of the front desk

  • Vaccination warnings. A missing or expired vaccine asks staff for a reason, and the reason is kept.
  • Grooming and services. Appointments by groomer and day, extra services with the price fixed at booking.
  • Reports you can export. Arrivals, occupancy and vaccination reports to a file.
  • Your data stays yours. Each kennel is kept apart from every other.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need to install anything?

No. Kennels360 runs in the web browser on the front-desk computer or a tablet.

Can I bring my old records?

Not yet. The pilot starts clean: we enter your runs, services and rates with you, and customers and pets are added as they book.

Does it send reminders by e-mail?

Not yet. E-mail reminders are being built and will be switched on once your kennel's e-mail is set up.

Who can see my customers and pets?

Only your kennel. Each kennel's data is kept completely separate, and every branch sees only its own records.

What if something is wrong or missing?

Tell us. During the pilot, problems you find at the desk are looked at first.
